Universal/Standard Precautions: Treat all human blood and body fluids as if they were infected. Treat all HIV/HBV/HCV containing cell or tissue culture, culture medium, solutions or tissues from experimental animals infected with HIV/HBV/HCV as infected. Utilize: Handwashing, Sharps Precautions, Barrier Protections Universal/Standard Precautions: Treat all human blood and body fluids as if they were infected.
