Unofficial Transcripts Usually acceptable for scholarship applications See Ms. Cortez or Mrs. Castelinni in the Counseling Center for an updated copy Make copies as needed

Official Transcripts (S ealed and usually mailed directly from THS) Complete a “Transcript Request Form” Provide a college-addressed, stamped envelope for each official transcript
