Goals & Purpose Goal: Development policy is more pro-poor Purpose 1: Southern CSOs make more use of research-based evidence to influence the establishment of pro-poor policy Purpose 2: ODI engages more effectively with Southern CSOs and other stakeholders to make more use of ODIs research-based evidence to influence the establishment of pro-poor policy

Phase 3 Aims: –Partners can do much of what RAPID does –ODI has a new relationship with partners Continue with: –Network –Capacity Development (+ grants?) –National / Regional / Global ARPs –Research Plus: –More / other money –Linking ebpdn with other networks –Other Projects (GRAP, GTF, SNV)
