TOM TORLAKSON State Superintendent of Public Instruction 15 Private Schools-Limited English Proficient On CARS, LEAs will be asked to report two things on the private school page: –the private schools they will serve with Title III Limited English Proficient (LEP) funds in 2012–13; and –the private school students they served with Title III LEP funds in 2011–12. LEAs will be reimbursed in 2012–13 based on the private school students served in 2011–12 as reported by the LEA on CARS. 15
