Lots of street running, many FTs and loops. Athletes in superb form from training for next Sunday’s City to Surf, captured on film- their secrets out. Birthday boy Boof receives a Kiwi dowsing like no other. Ya really had ta be there for this ‘un - though the following pictures tell a pretty good story for those who weren’t there. So GO LOOK!
