3 It’s a mixed of italian breakfast and lunch! But it is too much grease, maybe because of in Poland it’s always cold. So they use food to keep themselves hot! In Poland the temperature in winter it’s about -10°/15° Celsius. Just think that in Italy it’s about 10° Celsius. Kraków Milan

4 Lunch It’s the most important meal of the day. Lunch usually spends between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. The most famous foods are potatoes, pig cotolet, vegetables, pasta with soup. Especially tomatoes soup or chicken and carrots soup.

5 Afternoon breakfast Fruits, long coffee and sweets are the tipical breakfast. “Delicje”

6 Dinner This meal is lighter than lunch. It’s always similar the first breakfast. Polish love eating marmalade, vegetables, butter, cheese,ham. From salty food to sweet food.
