2. The Walk  Charity Walk-a-Thon put together by the 5 schools in this district  Thank you to everyone who came!  Special shout-out: Ben Shapiro who raised a total of $40!  More than many Lynbrook students  Great job!

3. Book Drive!  Thank you to everyone who donated!  We have yet to count the books and tally your points, but the points should be updated by this weekend. Prize: Interact member who donates the most books will receive a $10 gift card of their choice

4. Volunteer Events  Starbird Family Giving Tree  The Starbird Center hosts an annual free Christmas dinner for families and gives out free presents to the kids.  What you will be doing:  Helping with setting up  Passing out food  Giving out presents  Monitoring the kids as they play games

5. Starbird Family Giving Tree  The two shifts are from 2-5 p.m. and from 5-8ish.  Limited spots!  Very rewarding opportunity – help out those in East San Jose and see the smiles on their faces!  E-mail us after you confirm if you can go!

6. T-shirt Design Contest!  Designing our very own Interact Junior T- shirts!  Wear them around campus and show your involvement!  Contest open to EVERYONE
