4. THE QUARTER MASTERS’ IS AN ALTERNATIVE CLOTHING SHOP, WHICH DESCRIBES THEMSELVES AS PROVIDING ‘ORIGINAL ALTERNATIVE APPAREL’. THEY WORK WITH LOCAL ARTISTS AND ILLUSTRATORS, AND HAND PRINT ALL OF THE T-SHIRT DESIGNS THEMSELVES.

5. Create a Design for a T-Shirt which will be sold in The Quarter Master’s shop What do you need to do? The design needs to be B BB BOLD, INTRICATE, ILLUSTRATIVE AND UNIQUE NO traditional Christmas imagery!!

6. WE ARE LOOKING FOR DESIGNS THAT EMBRACE THE WINTER SEASON Think about what the winter period means to you! What do you enjoy about winter? You could design something around the C hristmas period, but we’re looking for original, abstract and one of a kind work. Be Experimental and Creative!

7. SO WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? The Winner  Licence Contract– Your design will be printed onto t-shirts which will be sold in the QM shop between December to February 2015. You will receive a 15% return from each t-shirt sold  You will become a QM ‘Featured Artist’ – Your t-shirt design will feature heavily in all advertising over the Xmas period  Your design will have a prime spot within the QM Shop. Your t-shirt will be displayed on a feature wall  Your design will be printed on a range of products: Mugs, Phone cases and Canvases  You will receive an official QM Goody Pack consisting of: QM Hoodie, T-shirt, Mug and Keyring

8. 2 Runner Ups  Licence Contract – Your design will be printed onto t-shirts which will be sold in the QM shop between December to February 2015. You will receive a 15% return from each t-shirt sold  You will receive a copy of your t-shirt  QM will promote your artwork Sound Good?

9. THINGS TO REMEMBER Embrace the Winter Season through your design Original Artwork Only! Can be in black & white and/or colour Can be submitted in digital or paper form Digital submissions to be sent to theedgeenterprise@gmail.com If submitting digitally, it must be in.tiff format only Designs Maximum size is A3 Paper submissions to be handed in at Campus Reception. You will be asked to complete a short form to enable us to identify your work.

10. Deadline for submissions is Friday 24th October at 5:00pm Your designs will be printed on white t-shirts One more thing.. Think about borders and what your design will look like on a t-shirt
