The number of stages for this approval is dependant on value Additional Finance/Procurement approval required for higher value requisitions

To put your footer here go to View > Header and Footer4 How it works Requisition converted into order and emailed to supplier if required Copy order emailed to requisitioner On receipts of goods or service, good receipt (GRN) can be entered online Invoice scanned and registered by Accounts Payable If no GRN in system, or invoice value exceeds GRN value by more than 1%, invoice enters invoice workflow for approval Invoice automatically posted and paid
