4. The people always disobeyed God’s law and were driven far away from Him.

5. God was not happy. That’s why their enemies attacked them and made them slaves.

6. The Israelites were very sad because of their slavery and they cried out to God to deliver them from their enemies, the Midianites. WILL HE SAVE THEM ?
