15. A NOTE OF CAUTION Ambitious projects – targets unachievable, Approved projects need to be relooked Agri clinic: High Investment. Viability is a question unless ‘service addition’ is planned – need for slow approach Farm Ponds: Location and utility needs to be carefully planned Duplication and too many structures may lead to wasteful expenditure. Asset records and phased progress are needed Credit linked project may suffer progress – a relook at strategies are needed Inadequate staff in all RKVY related departments
