CERRA National Board Toolkit 5 What Do You Know? Write down something you know or something you have heard about the assessment center.

CERRA National Board Toolkit 6 Round the Room… Set your writing aside. Move around the room. Share what you know or have heard. Hear what others know or have heard. When you can’t remember any more, or when time is called, return to your seat. List as many ideas as you can remember.

CERRA National Board Toolkit 15 Assessment Center Exercise Descriptions Read through the description for one of the six assessment center exercises. Highlight key terms. Tell an elbow partner what you will have to know and write about for this exercise, using your own words.
