Inhouse projects at NeMa: 1997 - 2003 Project Description Client Term Study: Spin-off potential in the field of Advanced Materials Research and evaluation of trends in the field of Advanced Materials. Display of opportunities and market potentials. Partners of the Rheinisch Bergischen Technology-Centre (RBTZ) 1997 First steps to establish the competence centre for Advanced Materials Foundation of an office for technology transfer in the field of Advanced Materials. Organisation of congresses with up to 300 visitors and 35 exhibitors. Ministry of economics, SME, technology and traffic in NRW and partners of the RBTZ 1998- 2000 Virtual marketplaceAn internet based data base for Advanced Materials is built up and established Ministry of economics and labour in NRW (MWA) and partners of the RBTZ 1999- 2001 kMAP Foundation of a knowledge based support software to manage knowledge in SMEs. Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) 2000- 2003 Establish and growth of the competence centre for Advanced Materials Enlargement of the offices activities: 83 active members, four trade shows per year, edition of an E-Mail-Newsletters with two news daily from research and industry.
