4. Indicator metadata Metadata is mandatory to accept an indicator in ETMS In principle, ETMS should not produce metadata, just collect and check them. Metadata options ESPON Database Template (MS Excel), based in ISO-19115 standard.... or normalized ISO-19115, INSPIRE-compatible XML document.
