In Virginia we currently have a wide range of innovation and approaches. We should be able to accelerate achievement, foster engagements, and enhance individualized learning. There is no “one-size-fits all” Solution. Quality is important. Both the virtual and “brick and mortar” depend upon the Virginia tenant of local control of public education.
