4 TSA 15 Sept 2010 Equity ownership  TOSACO owns 25% equity in Total South Africa  TOSACO has full participation in value chain including all TSA subsidiaries (Refer previous slide).  BEE funding /financial model sound.  Joint ownership of TOSACO Commercial Services (TCS) 75.1% : 24.9%, TOSACO & TSA respectively.  Repayment schedule shifted from 2013 to 2010. NB: Effective BEE shareholding in TSA is 30.3% inclusive of BEE shareholding in Remgro. 4

22 Top suppliers in affirmative procurement list  As at August 2010 47% of controllable spend with BEE companies who are at least Level 4.  More than 50% of top strategic suppliers are BEE owned companies.  At least 14 HDSA companies have been identified and are included and/or have participated in the supplier development programme for 2010.
