TSA 15 Sept 2010 Equity ownership TOSACO owns 25% equity in Total South Africa TOSACO has full participation in value chain including all TSA subsidiaries (Refer previous slide). BEE funding /financial model sound. Joint ownership of TOSACO Commercial Services (TCS) 75.1% : 24.9%, TOSACO & TSA respectively. Repayment schedule shifted from 2013 to 2010. NB: Effective BEE shareholding in TSA is 30.3% inclusive of BEE shareholding in Remgro. 4

Top suppliers in affirmative procurement list As at August 2010 47% of controllable spend with BEE companies who are at least Level 4. More than 50% of top strategic suppliers are BEE owned companies.
