6 HiPerBRIC Operations Research –Steering Committee, Executive Director & Associate Exec. Director (Res) will provide top-down targets for energy savings based on roadmap and milestones –Thrust Director will Create seed projects & conduct workshops to identify options Create projects and sub-projects to address the targets Solicit proposals from team of scientists, engineers, architects etc to develop systems approach and demonstrating those targets Propose projects, teams, and budgets to Board for approval –Assoc. Exec. Directors will ensure integation across Thrust Areas (i.e. heat/power & lighting, testbed, demonstrations)
