6 Key elements draft: -New definition “non-commercial movement” related to financial gain or transfer ownership -Movement of animals < 3 months -Derogation from anti-rabies vaccination for certain MS -Rules regarding marking the animal (who, how, etc) -Information in pet passport -Extension Species of pet animals listed

7 FVE/UEVP/FECAVA points: -Worried about new definition “non-commercial movement” -Rabies vaccination and movement of animals < 3 months -Worried about derogation from anti-rabies vaccination for listed MS -Implanting microchip = vet Act -Needs clear information to both travellers as vets -Identification without registration is of little value
