5  Locating the webinar navigational icons representing the overview and sequencing of the webinar instruction.  Selecting the Play from the beginning button or selecting a button representing one area of the webinar.

6  Listen and view the webinar video.  Opportunities to pause, stop, rewind, and fast forward throughout the presentation  Take notes  Contact the college  Phone  E-mail  Live chat

10  View the Degree/Diploma/Certification sequence and description of courses while looking at pictures of classroom environments.

11  Listen and view the enrollment information video.  Opportunities to pause, stop, rewind, and fast forward throughout the area of instruction

12  Listen and view the Financial Aid information video.  Opportunities to pause, stop, rewind, and fast forward throughout the area of instruction

13  Select the appropriate contact which will lead the learner to their prefered method of contacting the college.

14  Select a questions and view the answer  Send questionsto the college via e-mail

15  Complete and Submit the assessment survey
