2 Aha Moments !!! It can be done!!!! We are still having regular meetings!!! Continued registry update and monthly review Embedded Recall and follow-up process We are still offering HIV testing to all new clients to our clinics

4 Moving Ahead Our interdisciplinary team continues to meet regularly Our biggest obstacle is the lack of HIV prescribers in Bridge but this will be addressed soon! Yeah!!!! We are sending another NP on our PC team to HIV training
