4 Web Design project -- Proposed meeting format Biweekly status meetings –Publish agenda with minutes on Web site (Project Manager) –Every other Monday 1:30-2:30 –Focus on status, overall design and approach and timetable –Break into subteams for additional discussions 2:30-3:30 as needed

5 Project overview Put redesigned Web site in production that better reflects the mission of the NYNJTC and assists in “connecting people with nature” through hiking. Initial focus on hike database and park descriptions.

6 Current Plan Has been shifting a little every status meeting Need to step back and define goal for initial implementation Current assumption: Hikes database is target for initial go-live site Need agreement on how to link with existing site and make it happen then build plan to do it Follow with longer term plan to add other capabilities
