9.  He retired to the farm after a stroke and brain surgery in 1952 left him an invalid and by August 1953 "he seemed very old and disenchanted".

13.  Christopher Milne didn’t like the name Robin. In 1926 he was sketched by Ernest Shepard and the illustrations for «Winnie-the-Pooh» were made including all the well-loved Pooh characters and places.
