TRADITIONAL HEROANTI-HERO 1. Possesses noble qualities even when he is seriously flawed. 1. Lacks heroic virtues and is generally a misfit. 2. Has the will and capacity to struggle towards difficult goals or against powerful antagonists. 2. Is incapable of opposing or even understanding the forces that manipulate him. 3. May lose his struggle, but he is undefeated if he retains his dignity and nobility. 3. Is more pathetic than heroic and more contemptible than admirable.
