Usually, it is important to keep my fingers away from my nose or mouth when I am in a public place.
This helps to keep everyone around me comfortable.

5. My face in public places
If I need to touch my nose, it’s okay to touch it quickly, then put my hand down.
If I have a drippy nose, it’s okay to blow it quickly and quietly with a tissue.

6. Touching my mouth If I have something stuck in
my teeth, I can quickly and quietly try to get it out.
If I need to touch my face, or remove something on my face, I will try to go to a private place first.
Once I am in a private place, it is okay to touch my nose and mouth, but I must wash my hands afterwards.
