General overview Funds will be available the first part of March Funds must be spent by September 30, 2012 Deliverables produced by September 30, 2012 Need to provide the Administrative Officer contact for program receiving funds Larger projects will track funding in BASIS (>$40K)

Workshop guidelines Hold workshops prior to August 31, 2012 Need DOI approval for large meetings More than 30 federal employees Letter template available Sent through CSS with 45-60 days for approval

Salary guidelines Options for individuals charging salary: Direct charge Provide individual with CDI account # in payroll AO charge Individuals provide a worksheet of hours and the AO’s will move funds

Travel guidelines Travel will be charged to a CDI account and needs to be tracked very closely All Travel Authorizations must be signed by Cheryl Davis before purchasing tickets, etc. All Travel Vouchers (a copy) must be provided to Cheryl Davis within 5 days of trip Applies to internal and external people

Roles Funding - Cheryl Davis CDI project managers - Jennifer Carlino and Elizabeth Sellers Interface between CDI project managers and project leads - Working Group leads (V. Hutchison, H. Henkel, D. Blodgett, R. Viger, J. Gordon, and M. Hines) Project leads – as identified in the approved proposals
