7. Salary guidelines Options for individuals charging salary:  Direct charge  Provide individual with CDI account # in payroll  AO charge  Individuals provide a worksheet of hours and the AO’s will move funds

Travel guidelines  Travel will be charged to a CDI account and needs to be tracked very closely  All Travel Authorizations must be signed by Cheryl Davis before purchasing tickets, etc.  All Travel Vouchers (a copy) must be provided to Cheryl Davis within 5 days of trip  Applies to internal and external people
