2 Vitamin Intake  How can I increase ALL of my vitamin intake without eating a ton?  What is your favorite healthy food?

3 Low-Fat  I read in a magazine that “low fat” doesn’t necessarily mean a great thing because that it adds more calories.  What is true?  What is a healthy body fat percentage for female athletes?

4 Chocolate  Does dark chocolate give you the same high, sugar crash as other sugary foods?  Is dark chocolate really any better for you than milk chocolate?

5 Healing Foods  Are there foods that heal or having healing properties?  Echinacea – does it work? What is in it?

6 What is metabolism?  What exactly is it? Why is it different in people?

7 Fats  What are some more examples of good / healthy fats?  What fat is better – trans or saturated?

8 Midterm  Will we need to know the chemical configurations for the different types of fat?

9  Can you eat too many tomatoes?  Is broiling steak worse for you?

19 Milligram vs Microgram vs International Unit  IU – vitamins & drugs 1 IU = 0.3 micrograms or 0.0003 mg  Microgram = metric unit of mass equal to 0.001 milligram  Milligram = common metric unit of mass = 1,000 micrograms

20 Calcium  Would you have to greatly increase your intake of greens if you don’t do dairy?
