The object of the research – resident multinational enterprise grain exporter LLC «Alfred C.Toepfer International Ukraine» (Kyiv) The objective - to analyse the organization and management of foreign trade contracts, multinational enterprises export, and namely grain trader LLC «Alfred C.Toepfer International Ukraine» in the 2009 - 2013 The main tasks: 1. To analyze the nature and features of the export of crops from Ukraine by traders. 2. To perform large scale analysis of financial and economic activities of LLC «Alfred C.Toepfer International Ukraine» - Grain Trader of Ukraine ; 3.
