3 The subject of the Master's Diploma Paper - foreign economic transactions between Ukrainian grain exports and the countries of the Mediterranean region. The object of the research – resident multinational enterprise grain exporter LLC «Alfred C.Toepfer International Ukraine» (Kyiv) The objective - to analyse the organization and management of foreign trade contracts, multinational enterprises export, and namely grain trader LLC «Alfred C.Toepfer International Ukraine» in the 2009 - 2013 The main tasks: 1. To analyze the nature and features of the export of crops from Ukraine by traders. 2. To perform large scale analysis of financial and economic activities of LLC «Alfred C.Toepfer International Ukraine» - Grain Trader of Ukraine ; 3. To perform the analysis and to show the dynamics of the wheat export from Ukraine as an external factors influence. 4. To identify weaknesses in the export operations. 3

11 Conclusion There is a necessity in governmental support and encouraging private investments for erecting river elevators in the main water arteries and developing transport infrastructure for them. For further successful operations and creation of vessel fleet, foreign investments program should be launched. The practical value of the results obtained prove that option #2 is much more efficient 11
