School rules for students
*** Students Code of Conduct applies on trip**** Always pay attention to announcements made by tour leaders and chaperones a, BE ON TIME! If your child has medicine, the chaperone must carry it at all times. Stay with the group at all times Keep valuables at home Wear comfortable shoes Limit the amount of spending money sent with child Remember that we are representing Oxford Community Schools!

Bus Rules *** Students Code of Conduct applies on bus**** Remain seated on bus There will be quiet times on bus (bring small pillow and blanket) Bus bathroom is for emergency use only. We will be making frequent stops May select own bus seat as long as following bus expectations May take food and drinks on bus but please remind children to keep the bus clean

Hotel rules *** Students Code of Conduct applies in hotel****
Children must be in their assigned room Must have lights out by announced time No one is to leave their room after room checks until breakfast time Security guards will be on duty the entire night Keep room neat and clean Use cell phones not hotel phones Do not order room service

Anything that you will need before hotel check-in
Sample Packing list Carry-On Anything that you will need before hotel check-in Valuables Spending Money Change of Clothes Phone charger Headphones Luggage Luggage is stowed underneath the bus and not accessible until hotel check-in Comfortable shoes Weather appropriate clothing (jacket, rain gear, etc.) Remember: dress code applies Personal Items (deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)

**All medications will be carried by the child’s chaperone. ***
All medications need to be turned in by October 30th May be dropped off tonight at the medication table May be dropped off in the Main Office (7:00 am-3:00 pm) Must include completed medication form (Over the Counter or Prescription Medicine) Place medicine and form in Ziploc bag with child’s name **All medications will be carried by the child’s chaperone. ***

Busses will be visiting the same places just at different times due to the size of the group Bus assignments will be announced to students and parents as soon as we have received all necessary forms

Be a Role Model Be with group at all times (excluding hotel room & bathrooms) Be on time Communicate expectations to your group Report rule breaking behaviors to an OMS staff member immediately Carry student medications at all times and document properly Write down time & dose administered Have another adult and yourself initial on the yellow form inside medication bag Provide students with your cell phone number before departing for trip Recommend creating a group text

Please with your requested roommate If you do not have a requested roommate then please send an that indicates that you do not have a preference Chaperones will be placed in close proximity to their assigned group
