Differentiating with respect to x (pg 137)

Guidelines for Implicit Differentiation ► Differentiate both sides of the equation with respect to x. ► Collect all terms with dy/dx on the left side of the equation and the rest of the terms to the right. ► Factor out dy/dx on the left side. ► Solve for dy/dx by dividing both sides by the terms on the left side that don’t contain dy/dx.
