2. 2 Relocation Update  OMB sent a new Budget Data Request to the agencies on July 6; the due date is August 14  Proposed rule on data collection is at OMB for review  Proposed rule on taxes is almost ready to go to OMB  Final rule, incorporating 38 changes from the Relocation Best Practices Committee (RBPC) and the Governmentwide Relocation Advisory Board (GRAB) is moving through GSA clearance  OGP is developing bulletins and regulatory changes on the commuted rate
