Parking on grass or lawns is NOT permitted. If you have room in your yard, you could request authorization to add an additional parking pad. Our streets are narrow and it is dangerous for cars to be left on the curb for extended periods. Neither garbage trucks nor school buses can maneuver around parked cars, especially in the cul de sacs. This is especially dangerous for walkers, as well as other cars trying to go around them. Please do not park or allow your visitors to park on the street for extended periods of time either day or night. Cars parked in violation of the covenants can be towed or otherwise removed at owner’s expense. See Section 6, para I of the covenants.
