Select tasks option One box will appear, in that box default path will be displayed.(Remember that path (i.e., D:\FHIMSBACKUP\PHCNAME CURRENT DATE)) VERIFY IN THAT SPECIFIC FOLDER FOR YOUR BACKUP 1.Click on My Computer 2. OPEN TB MODULE OPEN LABORATORY FORM FOR SPUTUM EXAMINATION ENTER PATIENT DETAILS,SPECIMEN DETAILS AND RESULT OF EXAMINATION EXIT SCANTY GRADING IS +1, +2, +3 AUTOMATICALLY PATIENT DETAILS WILL TRANSFER TO TREATMENT CARD ENTER DOT PROVIDER DETAILS,SMEAR TEST DETAILS,DOSAGE DATES,MEDICINES GIVEN THE RESULT OF SPECIMEN IS POSITIVE SMEAR RESULT IS SCANTY(DISEASE CURED) TB MODULE

DATA BACK UP TO CD(BURNING ON TO CD ) Click on the Nero Burning Rom icon on the Desktop Select compile a new CD then click on NEXT button Select data CD then click on the NEXT button If CD is Select create a new data button then click on the NEXT button Select continue with an existing data-CD button then click on the NEXT button Click on the finish button Click on OK button New Already data is there Following these steps: 1.CD drive files will appear at ISO1 screen and system files will appear at File Browser screen. 2. Select a file which is you want to write in to the CD and Drag and Drop that file into ISO1 screen. 3. Then click on the 8 th button of the above tool bar. 4.Then select write speed 10x(1500 kb/s) and click on Burn button. 5. It takes some time you should wait upto get the “Burn processes completed successfully” message. 6.Click on the OK button.
