1. FTP for Windows How to get ftp to work in Windows -Navigate to control panel -> programs and features -On the left side click on Turn Windows features on or off -Enable FTP Server and IIS management console as in the below photo

2. -From your start menu search for IIS manager and open the program -Click on sites in the connections panel on the left -Click on add FTP Site in the actions panel on the right -Put in localhost for the site name and choose a directory
