What Is Alzheimer's Disease? Alzheimer’s disease is a disease which causes a person to have memory loss. Some conversations also become difficult.

What Causes the Disease? Scientist are not sure what causes it. Age might be a factor to getting the disease.

How Many People Have Alzheimer's Disease? About 4 million Americans suffer from Alzheimer's disease. Could be 14 million in the near future. President R. Reagan has Alzheimer's Disease for a long period of time.

Symptoms for Alzheimer’s Disease A few were, memory loss, problems with language, and misplacing things.

The Prognosis for Alzheimer’s Disease. As the disease progresses, you will find it increasingly difficult to think and remember, learn new information and make decisions.

Current Research for Alzheimer’s Disease. There is no cure or prevention for this disease, but scientists are still working on a prevention, and they are still looking for the cause of this disease.

A Famous Person With Alzheimer’s Disease. One famous person was president Reagan. Reagan has had Alzheimer’s disease for about 7 years. He cannot even remember his daughter and wife’s name.
