Trouble understanding,organizing, planning, and following directions. SEVERE ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE = last stage of Alzheimer ‘s and ends in the death of the person. People need help at all times. Not able to walk or sit. Not able to talk, and not recognize family members. Trouble swallowing and refuse to eat.
