Health- Freedom from physical disease, poor physical condition, social maladjustment, and other negative states. Wellness- maximum well-being, the top of the range of health states.

Chronological age- age as measured in years from date of birth. Physiological age- age as estimated from the body’s health and probable life expectancy. Centenarians- people who have reached the age of 100 years old or older.
