8 MOU & IA Strategy Tier I & II Partners (8 agencies) –Existing MOU’s good through FY2006 or beyond –Each year we need to renew IA for funding authorization Tier III & IV Partners (10 & 8 agencies) –Service Level Agreements (SLA) for FY2006 that include responsibilities on each side and authorizes funds to support Geospatial One-Stop –SLA’s must be to agencies by late FY2005 so they can review and sign early in FY2006
