Job Matching Placement Benefits Job Seekers that cannot compete in a competitive Market 3-Full time dedicated job developers actively soliciting employment opportunities Training Incentive for Employer ($2-2,500 average) Training can be on the job or formal (off-site) On-going support intervention based on client need

Participant Support Up to $500.00 to remove barriers to employment Can be used for – Required Clothing – Transportation – Credential Assessment – Licensing – Other

Second Career Assistance – with Career Exploration – Researching LMI Completing Application Forms Application Submission to MTCU Assistance with Job Search following training

TIOW Needs Assessment & Development of a Return to Work Service Plan 25 hours a week for four weeks on-site career exploration, job search strategies, in-house training Off-site training when required Access to job development & training incentives
