7 Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Institutes  What to expect  We are still planning for in-person institutes  Exploring options to accommodate changing economic conditions in the states, as necessary  Trainers-in-training will observe webinar pilots  Who should participate  What happens after the Institutes

8 What state teams should be working on  Instructional Team appointed, meets regularly  Resource Center entries: if you haven’t started, what should you focus on first?  Links for Intro to Records and Information Management (e.g., statutes, definition of a record, record schedules)  Cross training to understand what’s important to the other disciplines involved  Promotion plan to reach potential students  IPER staff will be supplying additional guidance on all of the above over next 2-3 months
