Set up in your assigned room In many cases, the committee comes to you Firm may bring presentation-related handouts ONLY No small gifts (cookies, refreshments, monogrammed pens, etc.) Bring only essential/key team members who actually participate After your interview you are free to leave Following the interviews, the committee will take a short break and then reconvene to discuss, evaluate, and rank the firms Selection Committee recommendation will be communicated by UNT System Construction Solicitation Coordinator
