Bob Brennan 3 Assistant Chief Information Officer - Community Living, Executive Office of Health and Human Services Previously, Bob was the Chief information Officer (CIO) at the Department of Youth Services, where he successfully led the implementation of the Juvenile Justice Enterprise Management system.
