Why Donor Motivation and Retention Ideally - Voluntary Donation Donors are sometimes apprehensive towards blood donation. Donors are unlikely to return if they are not adequately motivated. Conditions be safe, pleasant and convenient Friendly and Tactful approach

Donor retention Donors will only return if they receive a favorable impression of the service. Follow-up of blood donors If they are deferred temporarily it is important to indicate when they may return to donate blood.
