Overview of HDI3010 HRMV-WIS The OPTOMIZER HDI HRMV-WIS is a CCD linear array machine vision imaging technology that provides high speed inspection of subtle autonomous defects commonly found in various web based material manufacturing. Our machine vision technology will detect, classify and analyze many types of defects that can adversely affect product quality and damage fragile components in various supercalenders, coating, printing, embossing, laminating and similar conversion processes. This machine vision technology will save your company tens of thousands of dollars per annum due to loses, complaints, re- manufacturing, machine downtime and other production aspects if unchecked.

Overview of HDI3010 HRMV-WIS The 3010 detects most common faults like holes, dirt, scale, fisheyes, gels, bubbles, hard wrinkles, oil, bugs as well as very subtle defects in specialized coating applications. The 3010 will provide operational and managerial staff reliable and complete production information on each and every grade or roll of product produced. The 3010 provides historical information on production up to and beyond one full year.
