2. What you will need...

3. Ingredients... -2 red apples -2 tablespoons of Maple syrup or golden syrup -100g/4oz self raising flour -100g/4oz soft margarine -100g/4oz caster sugar or brown sugar -2 eggs

4. Start off by... -heat oven at 325 degrees -peel and de core 2 red apples -cut them in thin slices

5. Next… -grease tin -cover bottom with thin layer of golden syrup Butter Maple syrup

6. Next.... -mix apples with 2 tblsp of sugar -line tin with apples

7. Now for the cake... -sieve flour in bowl -add margarine, sugar, and eggs -beat until light and fluffy

8. Lastly... Spread mixture carefully over the apples

9. next... -place in oven -bake for 45 mins until firm

10. Now for the fun part.... When cake is done flip it over onto a plate

11. Extras.... -add final touches -different types: Mango, pineapple, cherries
