What do we mean by Integrated Working? ….. everyone supporting children and young people working together effectively to put the child at the centre, meet their needs and improve their lives. CWDC & DCSF 2007

To recap……. >October 2006 DCSF transferred responsibility for the implementation, not policy from a workforce perspective, of the: Common Assessment Framework Lead Professional Role Information Sharing (not legal aspect) Multi agency working Championing Children

What next 3……….. >We are at the very early stages, and as such we are keen to have your thoughts >Today is part of a bigger evaluation which will help shape the design of the model, however we hope to go out for wider consultation in the New Year >Aim to begin delivering from April 2008
