2 Logging in Shared login details: Users can login manually to their subscription after clicking the Sign in link in the top right corner of the webpage. IP authenticated access: If you have your IP addresses listed against your subscription, login should be automatic when visiting the Macquarie website from the company network. Users will be greeted with a Welcome message upon entering the site and are ready to search the dictionary (and thesaurus). Macquarie Dictionary Publishers www.macquariedictionary.com.au

3 Logging in: Admin users My Account Admin users have access to the My Account portal which has information about your subscription, allows you to update contact/billing details and access usage stats. You can access this portal at any time, regardless of whether you are connected to the company network or not. To access My Account when on the network, simply click the ‘Sign in Admin’ link at the top right of the page and enter your admin username & password. 4 SearchSearch Search the Dictionary, Thesaurus or both from any page Not sure of the spelling? Tick the Fuzzy search Wildcard search: A question mark, ?, matches zero or more characters. For example, searching for bush? will find bush, bushel, bush lemon, etc. A question mark followed by a number, ?n, matches zero to n characters. For example, searching for col?2r will find collar and colour. A hash, #, matches exactly one character. For example, searching for wom#n will find woman and women.
