12. 12 Solution of the Problem Problem: establishment of purposeful training of qualified teaching personnel within the walls of universities. Solution: organise an education program for postgraduate (PG) students who will have scientific preparation as well as guided practice of teaching. Result: Thanks to this practice the PG school will take the fully legitimate and system- forming function.
