READING: If no A. S. Degree or higher will need: ENGRD 11: Reading Skill Development or Eligible for ENGRD 110: Efficient Reading PHYSICAL Physical Examination CPR with AED Background check and drug screening

BIOL 100 Intro to Human Anatomy & Physiology (3 units) OR BIOL 430 (5 units) & BIO 431 (5 units) Need minimum 3.0 GPA AH 110 Medical Language (3 units) FCS 340 or NUTRI 300 Nutrition (3 units) FCS 324 Human Development (3 units) PSYC 300: General Principles (3 units) Minimum combined GPA of 2.5 for above classes TOTAL PREREQUISITE UNITS = 15 units

Background check, drug screen, immunization tracker ($115) CPR with AED – Health Provider ($60) Books, uniforms, Nurse Kit, supplies ($1500) Malpractice insurance ($30), Healthstream ($14) Physical Exam, Immunizations, PPD, flu shot ($156) Tuition ($46 x 41 units) = $1886 Graduation and licensing fees ($300) T O T A L = $ 4061 (plus access to computer, Internet, printer, ink, paper)
