2.  Centralized enrollment to continue for the 2015- 2016 school year, our second year utilizing centralized enrollment  With exception elementary school siblings, enrollment will take place at the District Office for elementary grades TK-6 th grade only  Secondary enrollment?? At the secondary school site Educate, Challenge and Inspire

3.  We cannot/will not complete enrollment at the District Office if you do not provide all paperwork (with exception of immunization for kindergarten)  Siblings pick up enrollment packet January 7– January 14, 2015 (at the home school). Return packets between January 7-21, 2015 (to home school)  Non-sibling TK-K priority enrollment February 3 – March 17, 2015  Enrollment appointments for new TK-6 March 18, 2015 – ongoing  Intra-district transfer request May 11 – May 27, 2015  Inter-district transfer requests for continuing students April 20, 2015 – May 1, 2015  Inter-district Transfer requests for new students July 20, 2014 – August 7, 2015 Educate, Challenge and Inspire

4.  Kindergarten Lottery will occur for impacted schools March 31 & April 1, 2015  Appointments for enrollment 2015-2016 SY can be made on FUSD website beginning January 30, 2015 (TK and Kinder ONLY) March 17, 2015 (1 st -6 th grade)  Required documentation for enrollment = download/completed application, proof of residency, utility bill, updated immunizations, proof of birth (i.e. birth certificate, passport, etc.) Educate, Challenge and Inspire

5.  STEP 1 - Enrollment will begin first online on the FUSD website under Quick Links/Enrollment. Download and complete enrollment forms - Application and appointments open 1/30/15  STEP 2 – An online appointment is required to complete enrollment at the District Office, 4210 Technology Drive. You must bring your completed enrollment forms with you  STEP 3 – Bring all required documents. With all the required paperwork, enrollment at District Office should take approximately 30 minutes Educate, Challenge and Inspire
