Asking for “BIM Implementation Plan” from contractor for use during construction phase. MEP as built drawings; warranty, service, and other O&M data built into master file.

Master file with specific levels of detail, linking of files in specific ways, specific inherent data within the model. Majority of owners not asking for any deliverables, but small group of very proactive owners asking for robust deliverables. Owner knowledge is expected to increase, deliverables more complex.
